Charlie Simmons is a Florida-licensed builder, specializing in custom homes along Florida’s Emerald Coast.  The Simmons team gives our customers a strong sense of confidence and comfort throughout the building process.  Charlie and his family have been in the homebuilding business for 22 years, founding their business on strong principles of integrity and trust.  Charlie, his brother Michael, and his son William are ‘hands on’, specializing in framing and wood work design.  The additional 12 crew members have an average tenure of 15 years with the company.  Charlie and his wife Donna reside in Freeport, Florida.  Donna teaches English in Walton County School District, where Charlie also coaches the girls’ softball team.  Together, they enjoy their family of five adult children and five grandchildren.
